Design and construction over water.

A circular pavilion stands within the lake at Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec, connected to the shore by a walkway. Larix designed and built this food and beverage space, bringing together the bar, service areas and a terrace open to the surrounding landscape.

The thatched roof rests on an exposed structure that organises the interior around the central service area. Construction documents coordinated the architecture with circulation, finishes and the building systems needed to operate over the water.
